fill out the order form. Then your order will be sent to our

There will be an additional charge of $3.00 US for each phone order. Phone

As an alternate form of payment to credit cards, customers may pay for
their order using a bank-to-bank wire transfer. Wire transfers are
especially useful in countries where credit cards are not widely available
or used.

the bottom of the product page. On the second page of the order
form choose "Wire Transfer" as the payment method. After submitting an order
you will receive instructions on submitting wire transfer to one of our banks.

After submitting an order with "Check/Money Order" chosen as the payment
