How to enable remote connections in SQL Server

If SQL Server is running on different machine with Intelligent Converters software, remote connection is required in order to migrate database to/from SQL Server. Remote connection cam be enabled through SQL Server Management Studio as follows:

1) open Management Studio and connect to SQL Server

2) right click the server name and select Properties menu item:

3) navigate to Connections and verify that checkbox Allow remote connections to this server is selected:
